I'd recommend ASOS Iggy skinny jeans in black. They've never lost their colour or shape for me and they are flattering, which is more than I can say for the cheap ones I have from Primark.

Thanks for the suggestion, errol . Maybe I go for those Iggy jeans in simple black and for a pair of black All Saints that is slightly structured, like the Estelle jeans Emma wore on a candid. I already got my Asos parcel with the two tops today, so the delivery was really fast. Next time I´m going to order a pair of jeans and try to avoid ordering this bag I fell in love with (Megan posted it on her blog too I think). True love <3 <3 <3 Can you hear it calling for me? I sure can... It´s one of those bags that looks better the more it´s worn and it goes with almost everything. Maybe I can convince my mother that the bag would be the perfect birthday present. Nevermind that my birthday is in october...

AH!!! I love those tops, polaris!!!!! Gosh, I wish I had a way of paying for an online purchase. And I love that bag too, it's like a chic saddle bag.
If you follow the Plateau, anyone? thread, you'll know I am saving all my money earned over the summer to buy a new wardrobe for school. These are the core items I hope to get:
Clothing: -black and gray skinny jeans (we're not allowed to wear blue jeans) -black t-shirt (for layering and if I'm too lazy to put effort into an outfit) -gray cardigan -sweaters for winter, long-sleeves in general -tank tops to go under sweaters (most sweaters tend to be short and I don't want anything showing, even if my underwear is cute >.<) -light jacket (I hate resorting to hoodies when it's cold, so unfashionable) -black vest to compliment a colorful t-shirt -versatile black dress
Shoes -black or white converse -black ballet flats -Uggs (they're expensive, but so core and practical. They last FOREVER.) -gladiators (just got two pairs!!)
Accessories -rings (never worn them, but I think they're classy) -ribbons and headbands to snazzy up a bun or ponytail -brown belt -sunglasses

Grey, if you're in the U.S., definitely check out American Eagle for some of the stuff on your list. Their jeans are pretty cheap, and soo comfy, and last forever! I've had some of my AE jeans for years and years. Plus they have realllly good sales sometimes, like Buy One, Get One 50% Off. Same with tank tops.. I practically live in AE tank tops, I layer them underneath all my shirts for pops of color.

Yeah, I do. I've walked by American Eagle so many times and not once have I gone in. xD Normally I just go to Kohls and H&M, but I'll definitely check it out because I need new jeans. Thanks!

Just won an auction for a pair of All Saints Estelle jeans. I hope they´ll fit, but they were quite cheap (ignoring the shipping costs ), so it wouldn´t be too bad if they didn´t fit perfectly. At least I´ll know what size to go for when ordering from Asos. I´m still thinking of how to decide if a new item fits in my wardrobe (I order quite a lot online). Does anyone of you have Polyvore or similar programs/sites where you can create and mix looks? Can you recommend it?

Lol, I´ve been on Sassy for about 16 months now and actually a few items come together by now . More the candid stuff though, not comparable to your dresses or Nani´s collection. I think the Baxter skinny jeans were the first pair of skinny jeans I ever bought, simply because I always thought the cut wouldn´t work for me. Now I love them and I´m quite happy I tried new stuff/combinations, often just to see how I can make a new match work with my wardrobe. Sorry for OT

I have Polyvore, and it's very fun Although I don't use it quite often now because I do lots of other things. But yeah, it's great to use it for mix and match, because they have items from any store you can think of, and if they don't have the one you're looking for, you "clip" it from the store website and it's done I'd be glad to help if you join and need any help! And I'm jealous of all of you, I can't get items online from stores or eBay (at least for now) so I don't have any exact item at all

Thanks, Dessi. I´ll wait until I have more of my basic clothes, then I´ll use Polyvore to help me mix and match new items before I order them. I keep looking for an alternative program/site though, because I actually want to keep my number of online accounts low and I believe you have to register for Polyvore. I like looking at all those Polyvore creations (you know, complete with accessories and matching background), but I know I won´t use it that much.

Yes, you need to register indeed. I don't know of any other style site, and not one that you need no registration indeed :/ But if you do register, you can not post at all, but use it just for you to see, and perhaps keep it as a draft or post it but never minding what it looks like. I keep saying to myself "Do not get another account here and there!" but I'm helpless
